PROJECT #3: MACRO (Focus on: Aperture)

DIRECTIONS:
1. Make 15+ macro images of texture, surfaces, small objects, etc. 
2. Develop/process images in Photoshop
3. Post all to your blog in a post titled "PROJECT #4: MACRO (Aperture Priority)"


EXTRA CREDIT CHALLENGE OPTIONS:
  • Photo of water droplets where the background is visible THROUGH THE DROPLET.
  • Photo of the iris of an eye (human or animal) - Be careful.

PROJECT #2: THREE+ PHOTOS OF BEAUTIFUL LIGHT

DIRECTIONS:
Observe the light illuminating your environment and living space. Make three+ photos of what you consider 'beautiful' light. 

GOAL:
To notice light falling on surfaces, casting shadows, and creating beautiful values. 
The light that you notice can be man-made (lamps/bulbs/etc.) or natural (from the sun).

PROJECT #1: CREATE YOUR BLOG

 

 DIRECTIONS:

*Complete the steps below in order

1. Log in to your TuHS STUDENT EMAIL (only use your student email).

2. Stay logged in to your TuHS student email.

3. In a NEW TAB in your browser (Chrome?), go to www.blogger.com

This page will appear:


4. Click the ORANGE 'CREATE YOUR BLOG' button:


4. You might need to log in again. 

This step is to link your student account to the Blogger site:

5. After this step, you should be taken to what is called your 'DASHBOARD.' 

You will likely not have a blog yet, so click the upper left "NEW BLOG" button:


6. A small window will appear. 
You will choose a blog name. 
The name can be anything school appropriate.
Blogger will let you know if the name can be used:



7. Click 'SAVE'
On the bottom left of your dashboard, click 'VIEW BLOG':



8. When you click 'VIEW BLOG' your blog will open.

Copy the URL address and send to it to me:




When your blog is created, submit the URL LINK to your blog's FRONT PAGE. 

Submit this in the assignment in CANVAS.
