DIRECTIONS: After you have made your light box, begin making pictures of food. Granted, a normal food shoot would have many people - including a chef - preparing the food. Keep it simple for yourself. Maybe start with a strawberry, a piece of toast with a melting square of butter, etc.  After you have done 36 food photographs, open this up to photographing small objects from around your house.

Remember: Open your aperture/f-stop wide if you can. This will allow you a small sliver of focus (depth of field) which might enhance your photographs.
